We could talk about food and drinks all day long as it is nothing new for us to devote every holiday to spoiling ourselves rotten. As Hoi An is such a great place to explore both the traditional and new cuisines of Viet Nam, we believe it is unnecessary to have a full-time restaurant at our villas. That being said, if you just give us the word, our staff is always keen to make personal arrangements for an unforgettable dinner for you here. We can organize a wide range of dining experience in the villa upon request, whether it is a fun BBQ in the garden, a visit to the local market followed by cooking classes for the best local Vietnamese food, hearty meals prepared by ‘Chef’ Loïc, or even special dinners presented by some of the best chefs in town. And for those guests who are simply knackered from their travels (or kids) and just wish to order in some delivery food from one of our favourite restaurants to eat under the stars, well then we say  “Why Not!?!”

Our mad scientists have also devoted considerable time (and their personal health) to developing one of the most creative infused cocktail menus in town for you to try and have stocked your villa with some locally distilled favourites as well. We also try to stock an extensive wine list of varieties from all over the world that we guarantee to be the best prices in town and suited for all tastes. However, if you just so happen to have a craving for something specific to make your holiday a little nicer that we don’t have in stock, just let us know in advance and we will be happy to make arrangements for you.

And since we always love to learn and experiment with new recipes, if you have some special dishes or drinks that you think would be perfect for our villas, then please feel free to share them with us so we can name them after you and add them into our selection!

Below you can find a few of our sample menus to give you some ideas of what previous guests have requested for their special night at our villas.  Please note that our kitchen only uses the finest ingredients and we try to source all products locally, unless they do not meet our strict health requirements, and our offering do change based on seasonal ingredients.  Our team usually requires a minimum of 56 hours advanced notice to put together an unforgettable meal from Chef Loïc and prices will vary based on seasonal ingredients, the number of guests, and specific requests of our guests based on what they enjoy.  Remember, our villas are all about enjoying your holidays your way, so we are happy to create a feast based around guests’ requests and individual tastes.
